Charleston Newspaper Holdings sued after car accident

A couple in West Virginia was involved in an accident two years ago, involving a newspaper delivery driver. The woman who was driving the car on her husband's newspaper delivery route, allegedly crossed the center line and hit the couple's car. They sustained injuries and are now suing the woman who was driving the other car, her husband, and the newspaper company.

The couple that was injured claims the woman who caused the accident was delivering papers for her husbands paper route while he was in jail. The couple is seeking compensation for their injuries and mental stress that they went through as a result of their injuries.

Sometimes after a Charleston car accident, people are unable to work because they are severely injured. They might struggle to pay monthly expenses such as utility bills and rent or a mortgage, in addition to their medical bills. This can put an enormous amount of stress on a family.

Speaking with an experienced personal injury attorney after a car accident might be a wise decision. They can help a family understand their rights and work to help them seek compensation for their injuries. This compensation can help pay for medical expenses and other monthly bills. If medical expenses are expected to continue long after an accident, an attorney can help estimate those expenses and help seek compensation for future medical costs and lost wages that might occur.

A family shouldn't have to suffer both physically and financially because of an accident caused by another person's negligence.
